JERZY KALINA
Born on 15th April 1944 in Garwolin. Director, animator, sculpterer. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts (Faculty of Painting) in 1971. Among others he is a creator of the Cross-Statue in Wloclawek, Poland (in honour of the death of the priest, Jerzy Popieluszko) and in 2007 he was honoured with Officer's Cross of the Order of the Restitution of Poland.

MAREK SKROBECKI
(Born 19 Sep. 1951 in Kalisz), Polish director of animated films, mainly in classical puppets techniques, collaborating with Se-Ma-For animated film studio, Lodz, Poland. In 1969 he graduated from 1st Adam Asnyk high school in Kalisz and got a diploma at National School of Fine Arts in Lodz as well as in animated film at Lodz Film School in 1990. He was a British Council scholarship holder and had internship at Jim Henson’s Creature Shop and Aardman Animation (1992). He had his debut in 1988 (‘Epizod’). Later on he made several films for children using drawing animation technique. However, what he likes the most and specializes in is making human sized puppets alive which was unquestionable new on the field of Polish animation. The first film of this kind made by Skrobecki was D.I.M in 1992 in Se-Ma-For animated film studio. He has used the technique successfully in many further productions including Ichtys.

JACEK ROKOSZ
Born in 1977. He graduated from Fine Arts College in Jarosław and Lodz Film School, Poland. Since 2002 he has been a lecturer, assistant at Cinematography Department with specialty in animation at Lodz Film School. 2003-2008 he has collaborated with Se-Ma-For animated film studio in Lodz. One of creators on an animated film, „Świteź”; an author of digital effects in ‘Peter and the Wolf’ (grand prix Annecy, Oscar 2008). Unarguable expert in B class movies; a creator of two editions of screenings of the Worst Films of the World, lectures and film screenings: a book shop Mała Litera, Lodz 2007-08, Cult Movies Festival, Katowice 2007.
